A custom Land Rover driven by James Bond in Spectre for sale

A CUSTOM Land Rover driven by James Bond (Daniel Craig) in "SPECTRE" (2015) has been tipped to sell for £250,000.

The huge 4x4 Land Rover Defender, that weighs 2.5 tonnes is a far cry from the classic Aston Martin DB5s usually associated with the famous spy.
The 8ft tall motor has specialist off-road tyres, an external roll cage and a winch.
And the motor even has a custom "0007 SVX" registration plate, adding to its value as serious Bond memorabilia.

The Defender has emerged for sale with Bonhams, and will go under the hammer at their Goodwood Racecourse sale on July 13.

According to the auction house, it remains in pristine condition, having barely been used since the film was released in 2014.

Just one other Defender was used in the film and that was badly damaged.

007 DR. NO

This iconic beach scene from the first Bond film Dr. No is sure to inspire you to seek similar sunny adventures. You might spot the difference between the film and image: the blue shirt Sean Connery wore was hand-tinted orange to create more eye-catching promotional lobby cards.

This illustration from the Thunderball film poster features Sean Connery as Bond fighting off a SPECTRE agent. These underwater action scenes contributed to the film winning an Oscar for Best Visual Effects, and make for a perfect pair of swim shorts for all 007 enthusiasts.

We've used artwork depicting a stylised Bond coolly piloting an autogyro while being pursued by SPECTRE helicopters for a striking pair of shorts. In typical style, he appears cool, calm and collected—so much so that his hands aren’t even touching the steering.

This memorable chase scene from Live And Let Die shows Bond using a Glastron GT150 speedboat to evade Dr. Kananga’s men, during which a world record was unintentionally set when the boat cleared 110 feet.

007 Food: Chicken stew, a grey gummy pasty, a pile of old peas and watery cooked potatoes

Food: Chicken stew, a grey gummy pasty, a pile of old peas and watery cooked potatoes
Bond book appearance: Young Bond: SilverFin (2005)
Experience of 007 Travelers: Self-made

"If Carlton is in top three, then Hellebore must win the run, if he wants to win the cup."

"In other words, if Hellebore doesn't win, he does not have any chances?"

"Right, but I think he wins Carlton, so only one who is left is you. Are you capable of that, James?"

"I don't know", James answered. He put food in his mouth and thought about it at the same time when biting tasteless mush. He tried to ate as much as possible to get the energy for the run, but food was as lousy as usual. Stew which had chewy chicken bites, a grey gummy pasty, a pile of old peas and watery cooked potatoes."
