We got the MI6 table at the Rules restaurant and that is where Pirita and Mika from 007 Travelers got engaged!
The Rules restaurant is of course a filming location of "SPECTRE" (2015). That is the place where Q (Ben Whishaw) and Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) come to meet M (Ralph Fiennes). Rules is also the oldest restaurant in London. (EST 1798)
Bond in Motion at the London Film Museum has a new display, featuring original film cars driven by women who have starred alongside 007 in the Bond films. Cars added to thepermanent exhibition include Eve’s (Naomie Harris) "SKYFALL" (2012) Land Rover Defender and Jinx’s (Halle Berry) Ford Thunderbird from "DIE ANOTHER DAY" (2002). Also on display are previously unseen costumes, props and storyboards. To celebrate the new exhibits, Bond in Motion is offering 2-for-1 tickets until the end of 2017 using the code GP001. James Bond star Naomie Harris, best known for her role as Moneypenny in 007, was made an OBE in London on Thursday, just three days before she's due in Hollywood as an Oscars nominee. She is nominated in the Supporting Actress category for her role in Moonlight as Paula, the drug-addicted mother of a young black gay man growing up in Miami. She also talked about Daniel Craig:
"I think the fact that the last two Bonds - "Spectre" and "Skyfall" - have been the highest-grossing Bond movies of all time shows that people love him as Bond, and they desperately want him to return.
And I don't think Daniel is immune to that as well, I think he's very aware of that, so I think that adds an extra level of pressure. But he has to ultimately do what feels right to him.
But I know that we, as a cast, collectively want him back. I know that Barbara and Michael - our producers - desperately want him back, so I think the only person that needs persuading is Daniel."
Naomie Harris (Miss Moneypenny in "Skyfall" (2012), "SPECTRE" (2015)) is an Actress in a Supporting Role nominee for "Moonlight" for the 2017 Oscars. In "Moonlight", Naomie Harris plays Paula, whose drug addiction during her son's youth alienates him, although she attempts to reconcile with him when he is a young man. This is the first Academy Award nomination for Naomie Harris.
