The exhibition celebrates 50 years of the James Bond franchise focusing on its influence on art, music, lifestyle, automotive design, travel, technology and fashion.

More than 500 items will be on display including gadgets, costumes, storyboards and props from five decades of Bond. There will also be a chance to see exclusive items from "SPECTRE" (2015).

DESIGNING 007 EXHIBITION MOVES TO MEXICO

The Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style exhibition will open in Mexico City on 23 October. In celebration of SPECTRE’s opening sequence which was filmed in the city, Mexican fans will be able to see never before seen costumes, art department concepts and models which helped to create SPECTRE’s Day of the Dead festivities and action in Zócalo Square. On display at the Plaza Carso’s Exhibition Hall will be more than 500 pieces from the James Bond archive including costumes, storyboards, gadgets, props, models and weapons. Since its successful debut at the Barbican Centre, London in 2012, Designing 007 has been presented in Toronto, Shanghai, Melbourne, Moscow, Rotterdam and Madrid and been seen by more than 450,000 people.

A clapperboard from "SPECTRE" added to the exhibition

An iconic ring and clapperboard from "SPECTRE" (2015) have been added to the Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style exhibition in Madrid. This type of ring, which has the famous SPECTRE organisation logo on it, first appeared in the film FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE in 1963, but has been updated for SPECTRE. Production Designer Dennis Gassner worked with Key Graphic Designer Laura Grant to create a more up-to-date version of the SPECTRE octopus ring. These two new pieces can be seen along with more than 500 items from the Bond films including costumes, gadgets, props, storyboards and models.

This café is just opposite the Central Station and is decorated with 007 style. The decoration is visible at least during the time of "Designing 007 - 50 Years of Bond Style Exhibition" (12 October 2014 - 8 February 2015).

You can find Sean Connery with his Aston Martin DB5 on one wall. ("Goldfinger", 1964)

Inside the Café there is Citroën 2CV, which can also be seen in Roger Moore's Bond film "For Your Eyes Only" (1981).
