"SPECTRE" filming continues in Southeast Mexico: Palenque, Chiapas

According to Sipse.com, "SPECTRE" (2015) a part of the crew moves to Palenque, Chiapas, Southeast Mexico to film helicopter stunts. Zocalo area has too limited space and the buildings are close, they want to avoid all kind of accidents.

A source close to the production tells that next week a group of 80 people will move to area of Palenque, Chiapas.

It is still unknown if Daniel Craig travels there if they only film some aspects in the air, presence of the cast is not necessary. After finishing with the shots that are still pending, the production will travel to Morocco.

Palenque (Yucatec Maya: Bàak' /ɓàːkʼ/) was a Maya city state in southern Mexico that flourished in the 7th century. The Palenque ruins date from ca. 226 BC to ca. AD 799.
