Summary:

15.19: Soon the second day of shooting "SPECTRE" is going to be over.
On Monday it was over shortly after 16.30 because it was too dark.

13.18: The crew and the cast need to eat. Yesterday there was Weckerln´s Lentil stew and warm tea. Daniel Craig has been catered in Hotel Seevilla.

12.50: It is said that today some scenes are repeated, since they did not work out perfectly yesterday.

12.37: Fire department boats can be seen on the lake.

11.44: The hunting lodge shootings today. That was not possible yesterday because of the heavy snowfall.

10.43: More curious people are expected to be around and trying to watch the shootings since the weather is good.

9.43: Explosions are not expected today. Tomorrow the film crew will continue to direction of Sölden.

9.30: The weather is better than yesterday. Sunshine and a quite pleasant temperature.

6.30: Daniel Craig was flown at 6.30 on the set on the lake by helicopter. He was later seen on a Plätte, a wooden boat.

4.30: Today started already very early. Even at 4.30 the first crew members were on the set. It is time to catch up because yesterday's shooting started late due to bad weather.

After the first "SPECTRE" shooting day in Altaussee some of the luckiest fans got autographs from Daniel Craig and took some Bond selfies. They reached him just before he went back to Hotel Seevilla. Daniel Craig enjoyed the amount of the snow and said it is beautiful!

It is also told that one Viennese couple had no paper with them, but they had 10 euros note and Daniel Craig wrote his autograph on it.

Summary of "SPECTRE" shootings in Altaussee on 5th of January 2015

Summary

16.30: First shooting day is over and Daniel Craig can go to hot Finnish sauna, bio sauna, marble steam room or infrared sauna in Hotel Seevilla. Also indoor pool is available.
(007 Travelers recommends Finnish sauna). ;)

15.36: After all, the first scene has been filmed now during this day. Daniel Craig was standing on the traditional Plätten boat, which was crossing the lake.

15.07: Now it is too dark for the film crew to continue.
  
13.52: The snowfall has still not really ended and fog has spread around the lake.
 
13.46: The filming area is sealed by the security persons in order to keep the public and the media away.

11.23: A camera helicopter and rescue helicopters landed in snowy Altaussee.
Wind and snow will make the shootings hard.

10.00: The filming is delayed due to bad the weather conditions. Heavy snowfalls have left roads blocked, ice on the lake, and storm force winds prevented any of the action scenes from going ahead as it was just too dangerous.

8.23: Temperature is -1.4 ° C and snow is falling lightly. It is not exactly warm in Altaussee.
Fire brigade boats moved in the morning over the lake. At the same time several men knocked ice from the rotor blades of the three provided helicopters.

Will they say "ACTION!" today?

Daniel Craig has to fight not only against the evil villains, but against wind and weather in theSPECTRE” (2015) winter scenes. It remains to be seen if they can shoot today.

Daniel Craig and the "SPECTRE" crew in Hotel Seevilla, Altaussee, Austria


Daniel Craig is expected to arrive on Monday 5th of January 2015 in Altaussee in Salzkammergut region, Austria. He will be staying in a four star Hotel Seevilla. Craig's luxury suite costs 152 euros / night. The hotel is exclusively hired also for the "SPECTRE" crew during the period of 4-6 January 2015.

The hotel is located at Fischerndorf 60, 8992 Altaussee, Austria
