007 Travelers visited this beautiful 5-star hotel in January 2015, the weather was a bit cold and windy, but hotel itself was really pleasant and staff warm and helpful.
We had room on the 6th floor and we had nice views over Amsterdam. There is some distance from hotel to city center, but public transportation works nicely and of course you can use taxi when ever needed.
The breakfast was really good and it was served in the beautiful breakfast room downstairs. There are some shops also in the lobby where you can buy different kinds of souvenirs etc.
And Garden Terrace and Half Moon Lounge offers you various kinds of delicacies from alcohol to cafe and ice-cream.
If you have any need for meeting rooms, you can also find several of them from the first floor of the hotel.
What more could you need?
007 Travelers can recommend this hotel, and they have very helpful and friendly concierges!

"Bond finally made Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, at four in the morning. He took a cab straight to the Hilton International, where even at that early hour, he was able to book a seat on the Finnair 846, leaving for Helsinki at five-thirty that evening."
