Leona left Haggerston girls school with 7 C.S.E's In English, Art, Drama, Social Studies and Film Studies. She went to Anna Scher Theatre in Islington. As well as Gaining an LOCF access diploma in Theatre Studies and Stage Craft with lecturer Lee Eliot and Amanda Deller at the Bethnal Green Institute. She went to Holloway Women's Prison (only visiting) And put on a play about domestic violence followed by a workshop with the inmates. She auditioned for Rose Bruford School of speech and Drama. She failed the audition and not one to give up got out there and studied at the University of life. Doing short courses in Drama at the City Lit with Irene Bradshaw and In Hoxton with Jenny Lipman.


She has been in various stage, film and television productions. Also a singer Leona has recorded 3 songs. She also went on to open her own florist/New age shop, and took many courses in holistic therapies and is a qualified in Crystal healing, Reiki and Past life Regression.
