Last year it was possible to visit parts of the building inside (incl. Zandersaal=used for Casino-scenes). Close you eyes and you see Bond walking around.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was there in 2007, at that time there were still the CR-logos in the windows and the outside red carped was not removed yet.
As much as I can, I do revisit Karlovy Vary (I own a small bonus...I live nearby).
Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place. Wow! Would have been nice to visit interiors also!
ReplyDeleteIt is now possible to visit the interior. In the main room there is a poster with photos from the film set, so it is possible to see how they changed the room and staircase for the film.
